Who You Are:

As our Sr. National Accounts Manager on the Beverage team, you will be accountable to manage specific accounts for our beverage line up primarily, but not exclusively, to the Drug, Dollar, and Club channel National Retailers.

This role is eligible to participate in our Sales Bonus Plan.

What You're Good At:

  • Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with assigned accounts across the Drug, Dollar, and Club channels.
  • Drive volume, revenue and share within assigned National Accounts.
  • Plan out monthly, quarterly, and yearly price, package and promotion planning with each assigned Retailer.
  • Utilize sales data to identify opportunities to meet and exceed annual goals.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, commercial strategy, commercial operations, and distribution teams to plan, track and measure overall business.
  • Align with Supply Chain to ensure correct planning and forecasting for all assigned accounts.
  • Manage total trade budgets by brand/account.
  • Work directly with Shopper Marketing to develop conversion tactics and specific programming by channel and customer.
  • Work with DSD team to ensure all monthly promotional activity is being leveraged and executed (90% + level)
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Performance to revenue targets
    • Depletions and Scan sales within assigned territory
    • Total points of distribution (TPD's) objectives
    • ACV distribution and Display goal

What You Contribute:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of CPG experience, beverage preferred, calling on headquarter category buyers for a National Account.
  • Strong background in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to travel 35%
  • Knowledge of DSD systems within the Beverage industry.
  • High IRI and Syndicated data usage knowledge.
  • Experience in building a strategic annual operation plan (AOP) with a National Retailer.
  • Knowledge of the Drug, Dollar and Club channels considered a plus.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Organizations MVR policy guidelines.
